Cuisine based on locally sourced ingredients expertly combined with excellent products from Italy and beyond the Alps, in a refined and intimate atmosphere. Careful attention is paid to the wine and to the raw materials to revisit the genuine flavours of a plateau famous throughout the world. The Casa Sporting Restaurant also offers fish dishes (with the possibility of organizing dinners by reservation) and vegan ones with particular attention to those suffering from allergies and intolerances.
